Animation! 2024

As we do every year, Animation! works in favor of Latin American animation to create ties of cooperation, spread the talent of the region globally and provide tools to professionals in our community that allow them to enhance their skills.

Thanks to its growth, Animation! is today a reference space in the regional and international animation map.

• Animation! offers participants a wide range of activities specific to the animation industry.
• Animation! Pitching Sessions: An industry program that has consolidated more than a thousand projects in the global market throughout its eight-year history.

In partnership with the prestigious Annecy International Animation Festival and its MIFA market, winners will secure their participation in the French market in 2025.

They will also compete for additional prizes including participation in Festival Pixelatl, Quirino Awards for Ibero-American Animation, and WEIRD Animation, Video Games & New Media Market, expanding their networking and co-production opportunities.

• Workshops and special presentations: Animation experts and professionals from the United States, Europe, and Latin America will participate to provide a regional and global animation outlook and reflect on topics of interest.
• Animation! WIPs by Annecy: An exclusive program of Ibero-American animated feature films nearing completion, curated by the Annecy International Animation Festival and its market (MIFA), to be presented in a special program for industry members participating in the market.
• Animation! Industry Meetings: One-to-one meetings with international professionals to present projects and receive personalized feedback.
• Animation! Mentoring program for female creators: A program created to implement actions promoting gender parity that help build a more equitable and diverse animation industry.
